  Brought the old part in to show them what I needed. did a 20mile round trip. They told me they would have to order it fine told me to come back the next day. Next day comes I go back in to pick up my part and it wasn't even the part I ordered completely wrong. The original person who I spoke to refused to come to the desk and speak to me. They had to give me a refund. Another 20mile round trip wasted. Was told while i was their that no one makes these parts anymore and i should put tape and glue round my old part and bodge the job. Vauxhall supplier this is by the way. Tape and glue. Upon coming home I found the part I wanted almost on every other car spares website in and around west midlands. Their a disgrace to vauxhall

  Was in a dilemma when my Astra key wouldn’t turn in my ignition and unlock the steering. I was put in touch with KRP who quickly diagnosed a worn barrel and despite having no key number they supplied me with a new barrel the very next day. Very helpful and friendly staff and spent time finding a local mechanic to fit part. Would highly recommend KRP and will definitely be using them again.
